The booking process is easy. The doctor does not communicate in a productive, constructive manner. When I saw him yesterday for sinus problems, he was very emotional, talked so fast I could hardly follow him, and basically tried to "scarify" me. Completely unnecessary. He needs to learn to communicate with a bit of empathy. He had plenty of time, but lacked social / emotional intelligence. I'm a reasonable and informed person, but he tried to use this against me to scare me. Truly a shame. Somewhat of a bully. Manipulative. I was so overwhelmed by his manner I couldn't even remember all my symptoms. I learned more from Google than I learned from this person.
