Stay away if you want a pleasant experience. Office staff is narly! They insisted I give them my SSN for Tricare even though I gave them my benefits number (like account number). Then they got really nasty by saying 'ok we will get it our way.' Tricare does not recommend we give our SSN to anyone. I had an appointment for 1030, then they said mine was at 1100. They just tell people their appointment is 30min earlier than it is. Just be honest, after all, you are a counseling center. They treat everyone in the waiting like they were scum, not welcoming people, not acknowledging people when they are standing at the window for several minutes. If this is how their staff treats people, its a reflection of their leadership team. Just about the money and not about helping people. Go elsewhere, anywhere! VETS, stay away!!
