Every time I’ve had an appointment the provider I see wants to take me off of all my medication that I have been put on for a reason. She refuses to listen to anything I say. She literally stands at the door with her hand on the doorknob. She never asks anything about why I’m on these medications and she refuses to give me any refills without me having to call numerous times or send at least 2 messages thru the portal asking for refills. It’s irritating. I never had this problem with any other providers I’ve seen here except the one.

The past three appointments have been cancelled without explanation (the latest within an hour of leaving for their office). It is increasingly difficult to get through to a human being and it looks like they are dropping out of the medical care business. It's time to fish or cut bait.

The visits are usually fine. They just require to many visits to get you prescriptions refilled. They don't care if you run out of medication. They will not refill your prescription untill you make an appointment.
