Front staff is uncaring. My wife was attending as a new patient with possible kidney stones. Due to a system error with our insurance carrier they would not let her back to be seen. After about an hour of this with me on the phone with the insurance carrier, they offered to make her self-pay which was $300. We agreed so that she could be seen by someone. Once I got the insurance carrier on the line to talk with someone I found that most of the front staff had left and no one would help us clear things up. We got an xray and urine sample taken but they would not do anything else without it leaving me to fix the insurance system issue. No one would speak with my insurance carrier who were assuring me that the insurance was active. I tried the next day to get things settled. I ended up making a 3-way call between the insurance carrier and the front office of the clinic.
