Awful experience

Absolutely horrible experience. I had my first visit April 10, 2024. I had an exam and a mold of my feet done. Diabetic shoes and orthotics were supposed to be ordered. It has been over a year, and I haven't received my shoes or my orthotics. I can't get past the answering service, and no one will return my phone calls. The last time I spoke with someone in the office was December 27, 2024. I was very rudely informed that they would call me when my shoes came in. It is now April 10, 2025, and I'm still waiting for that phone call.
