Be prepared to wait

Every single time I’ve been to this location it’s been an issue. Even down to scheduling. Was called to reschedule an appointment because the dr was needed in surgery, waited over an hour on hold to reschedule only to be hung up on. When I called back the person who answered the phone was super rude and unhelpful. This is the second time I’ve experienced office staff being so impersonal and rude out of three visits. Unfortunately it seems to be the norm around there.
