Irresponsible insurance and billing management
This firm, associated with TriStar Skyline, did not file with my insurance, did not bill me, and then turned the balance due over to debt collector Frost-Arnett. My insurance company had no record of a claim. The call center staffer could provide no detailed information and left it to me to call my insurance to discuss services for which I have no bill, no claim number. He asked me to 'give him some time' to look into the matter after THEIR practices put a 30-day timeline on resolution.
