Competent Physicians, Terrible Ambiance

Highly competent physician staff, supported by friendly support staff. But internal examination rooms are marred by white chemical stains that have remained this way for months. Coupled with very bad art, the two convey little regard for creating a clean, professional environment. Badly needs a facilities manager (I have no candidates in mind) with a budget to upgrade appearances.
