Heritage Rheumatology and Arthritis Care

Front desk is extremely rude. I have seen several reviews stating this and nothing is done about it. This needs to be addressed.

I do not receive care from Heritage Rheumatology anymore, and for good reason. I was overmedicated and I received bottom of the line care. Dr. Basu was always preoccupied it seemed and made assumptions to my health. He seemed to never listen to my complaints. He copied and pasted my care from the previous patient’s, meaning it was generic and not custom for my body. I would drive hours to see him, and constantly had to wait all day (I waited hours) for his care. The receptionist was extremely rude always and never told me I even had any bills even though I asked nearly every time I went in. I cannot believe I put up with this treatment and care for years. I am now visiting a local doctor to me and he is fantastic with my care comparatively. I do not regret cutting ties with Heritage Rheumatology.

Dr. Basu and Natalie Pachinger (Nurse Practioner) are very patient and caring. Both listen and explain clearly what is going on. Using the Breeze app for scheduling appointments, checking in and seeing lab results is very helpful. I would recommend whole heartedly.
