Desert Imaging

On the 16 of January 2024, my wife had an appointment to get a chest/pelvic/full body bone scans, ordered by her Oncologist a month ago. We got to the Lee Trevino Desert Imaging clinic as scheduled. My wife had 2 of the 3 scans done and was told that the full body bone scan was cancelled (by them after realizing that somebody messed and did not have the machine needed for the bone scan full body) ) and scan had to be done at another clinic. Really? After one month no one checked to see if this scan was scheduled for the proper location. This is their responsibility, don't they have a clue as to what services they offer at their specific location. These people are dealing with people's lives, and this is the answer I got from the staff after the fact. Management has serious issues, whoever is in charge should be fired. Now my wife will not have the scans ordered by her oncologist for his appointment (after waiting for Dessert Imaging appointment for one month!) which is scheduled for t
