I had a very rude, unprofessional experience this 9:00 this morning with Laren. My 20 year old daughter lost her debit card, so she needed to use mine to pay for her dental appointment. No problem, I told her she could use it but she informed me that the receptionist told her I would need to go in with her and fill out a piece of paper giving her permission to use my card. this was a minor inconvenience, but I understood. We get there and we are met with Laren. I explained to her that I am on my way to work and need to give my daughter permission to use the card. She cut me off before I could even finish the sentence and said with an annoyed tone “OK I just got here so let me figure out what’s going on.” Instead of assisting me with any sense of urgency, Laren couldn’t care less I assumed because she was already at work. My daughter gets ready to pay the $400 fee, And I still hadn’t signed any “paperwork” giving my permission for my daughter to use the card. At this point I said, w

Yes, I highly recommend Mint Leaf Dental, Fort Worth, TX whose Dr. Depal Parikh runs a stellar practice! She's compassionate, patient, explains each step, educates and really hears my concerns as a patient whose earlier dental visits in life were really traumatic. She spends time with me that makes me feel like she's really passionate about providing optimal healthcare - to me individually. Her staff is friendly, professional, the office clean with relaxing decor. And I'm extremely impressed how the courteous billing manager works with my insurance company so consequently, I have one less pain (financial) to deal with. Can't applaud and thank Dr. Parikh enough!
