San Benito Medical Associates

I pay for visits, get tested, never get results back. I call, call, call, leave message, no one calls back. Only dept answers is billing. I get bills in mail to pay what insurance didnt pay. Pay, and no results. My ins is paying also. This place used to be a great place . I called main office,ask them if place is still open. They laugh. They Say phones are being upgraded. Ive been told that before. Phones are ok, its something else needs updated, upgraded.

There's incompetence displayed on every level of this location. The front office is completely disorganized, lazy, and rude. The doctor that I had an appointment with prescribed me a new medication that caused a reaction that landed me in the emergency room not even two days later. I also had blood work done at this location and never got a call back of my results, turns out they were abnormal so that was the reason I never got a callback. I mean that just doesn't even make any sense whatsoever; you would believe that abnormal results would warrant a quick call to the patient. I suppose I was supposed to figure out telepathically that there was something wrong. Just a complete joke of an office and a failure of an institute.

For about three generations, my family has sought healthcare services from San Benito Medical Associates. Only recently we have noticed a change in their treatment of patients. I attributed it to the added stress caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Problem is that things have reached a point were calls/voicemail from patients or pharmacists are ignored. This is especially life threatening if the patient is running low on medication for high blood pressure, diabetes etc.
