Blown away by level of care
My doctor ordered a CT following up on good labs. He caught my appendicitis before it ruptured because of that. I'm quite thankful for the thorough workup!

Incredible Care
This is by far the best ER we have ever visited. My husband was ill and having a lot of pain. As soon as we arrived, they were extremely professional, attentive, efficient and compassionate. Every nurse and doctor that treated him was thorough and kind. We got all the answers and referrals necessary. I can confidently recommend Hospitality ER in Longview for your healthcare needs.

Definitely a NO from me
The provider I saw (Michael Smith, PA) was arrogant and dismissive. He diagnosed me with bronchitis. Did not listen to lung sounds or heart…never even used his stethoscope. No xray. No real assessment at all. He quickly looked in my ears and at my throat. That’s it. I had only a slight cough. I’ve had bronchitis numerous times in my life and I don’t have bronchitis! (I am a retired nurse)The discharge nurse was the same. I asked a question and was told “it’s on the discharge papers. You can read it.”I had heard wonderful things about this place and wanted to try it. Never again!

Ordering unnecessary tests
Unfortunately, they are desperate to make money to pay for the new addition to their facility. The last time I was there, they ordered so many unnecessary tests and they never did run ANY tests for the problem I came in with. Then they tried to give me medication I had listed that I was allergic to! I will go elsewhere from now on.

Awoke with 102.6 temperature. Nausea, vomiting, chest congestion, severe headache, dizziness, joint pain. Decided to try this place. Do not bother. Staffer, at front desk, advised me that if it was determined, by someone, that this was not an emergency, the doctor would not even see me. So much health care.

First person that came in said he didn’t think I needed X-rays yet asked if I wanted them anyway. Second person said we did need X-rays and asked if I wanted blood work. I inquired why since it was an ankle injury and she said she just wanted to offer in case I thought it was necessary. I have more folks offering me blankets drinks and massages instead of trying to determine what is wrong with me. Feel like I am at a very expensive spa!! Would really like to have seen a real doctor!!
