I was referred to this office by a friend and originally saw them at the beginning of October 2024 for a tooth that had been bothering me for a while. After seeing three other dentists, I felt Dr. Sam potentially had found my problem. My first appointment went well as a new patient. The second appointment came with a little disappointment, as the crown I originally did an impression for, did not fit my tooth correctly. I was then given a THIRD appointment and also had to redo the impression. Fast forward to one day before the third appointment, I get a call saying that the crown would not be back in time, and I would need to be rescheduled. NOT ONCE did I get angry, upset, or disrespectful. Please note this! Finally, at my fourth appointment I was told that I owed an additional fee, which I was not prepared to pay, possibly because of my own misunderstanding of the treatment plan.
