99% of the time the phone is not answered. When they do answer, the earliest they can usually get you in is 3 months out, even for an established patient with an acute problem. More often than not, you will not be seen by a physician, but an NP or PA. They will discuss one issue only and you are limited to ten minutes. The 10 minutes comes straight out of the mouth of an NP who got reprimanded for spending too much time with patients. The wait on appointment day is also quite lengthy, yet the first sign you see walking in is that they are taking new patients. I have yet to experience or hear one positive thing about this practice. The lack of concern and caring are readily apparent.

We just started seeing this clinic. On our first appt. Just to get labs done they were running an hour behind! Why make appts. If you don’t follow times! Annoying. Then they force you to wear a mask and science has already proven they don’t work! A man forgot his and got into an argument with the front desk clerks because he didn’t have one and they wouldn’t provide one for him. This place is like herding cattle. They just make appointments and don’t care if they are on time or not! We will not be coming back!
