My first appointment and everybody was very nice and I really liked the doctor. Got me in and out of there really quick. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

Good experience
I checked in at the front desk and found a seat, in a pleasant waiting area. The MA called me back within about 15 minutes and Dr. Gleinser arrived within 10 minutes. He quickly assessed my complaint and ordered tests to be done. There were only two areas of concern. The testing to be done is two months from now. Then, another month before I can see Dr. Gleinser to receive test results and interpreted. That seems too long! Truly, that schedule signals to me that my concerns were not considered important.

This was my second visit here. Both times the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Making sure I understood what they were telling me about my what was going on with my health and what options were available for future treatment. From check in to check out, it was pleasant.
