U.S. Dermatology Partners Tyler on Beckham

Very unorganized office. Had to make several attempts to get results of tests. Never returned my calls as promised. Was finally told that there was an issue with one of my blood tests. Was supposed to receive a call back with instructions on how to follow up. That was two weeks ago and I’ve not heard a word. On my last visit I expressed to the doctor my concerns for lack of call backs, etc. She blamed low staffing. However, the room I was waiting in (45 minutes past my appointment time) was located beside the nurses station and the whole time I listened to nonstop unrelated office chatter. Laughing, discussing Halloween costumes, and various other things. Seems that time could have been used for returning calls to patients. I guess I will now need to see my primary physician and redo bloodwork so he can tell me if I need to follow up with other tests. I would not recommend this facility.
