This is a continuation of my previous and longer previous review.Thirdly, he fully explained all my various options and courses of different treatment with which I’m presented…with all the pro’s and con’s and expected results of various treatment approaches.He was super and truly attentive in fully answering all my various questions… which I had a lot. We concurred on an immediate treatment option, and without any delay, he immediately and very expertly located and performed a steroid injection procedure. His “bedside manner” made me feel entirely confident and comfortable in the procedure.All his staff, Austin and Elysa and Jaron, were equally competent and genuinely friendly and caring professionals.It was clearly evident that Dr. Grames personally cares about his patients. I can’t think of better medical treatment that I have ever encountered. I personally wish to thank him.
