Foothill Family Clinic North

Waited 2 months for appointment with Dr. Alex Clark. This was my second visit in a 2 year period. Had to fill out all the paperwork all over again because they've, 'upgraded their system'. Spent an hour going through their online e-check in.All I wanted was a physical and blood work done. After the assistant took my vitals, she said the doctor will be with you shortly. I waited for 30 minutes in a small room with no one giving me an ETA. I even fasted for 36 hours before my blood work. I then remembered on my first visit; they left me in a small room for almost an hour. I opened the door to ask the assistant if Dr. Clark was even in the office, and she gave me a harsh look. The place was empty with hardly any patients.A message to Dr. Clark, don't waste people's time.I immediately walked out.

I was very grateful to this clinic for getting me in a couple of days sooner. Also, the receptionist that checked me in and the student working with Natalie, Elfie, were incredibly kind. However, that's where the positive patient experience ends. I waited almost 20-25 minutes to be taken back to a room, and then another 20 minutes waiting for Natalie. Once Natalie came into the room, she didn't ask me any of my history, suggested I just stop my anti-depressant (that I started almost a year ago), then continued to talk at me, not with me. After excusing myself from the visit, I did call the manager of the clinic with a couple of questions and concerns. When she called back she did not address the issue at all. I asked if I was going to be charged for the visit and she said no. She did not ask any question in regards to the visit, but she knows it did not go well. As a patient, I have never felt so unheard in my life. I will not be recommending this clinic or provider.
