Patient treated very poorly

This place is so appalling; to them, your health comes second to getting the copayment. They won't even speak to you on the phone if it's not paid. Health issues are just about money to them; they don't care about people's well-being, only about their profits. I'm taking this as far as I can because of their mistreatment. If anyone else has faced similar problems, they can file a complaint on them
