Dr. Blosser is amazing! Very personable and has great bedside manner! That being said, after roughly 12 years, I am forced to seek a new doctor due to the incompetent, unprofessional, non-responsive and irresponsible office staff. This includes everyone from the reception desk, medicine department, triage nurse and office management. First, it took them almost two months to contact me to schedule the procedure AFTER receiving their required paperwork. They called in my prescription to the wrong pharmacy (one I couldn’t get to), immediately after I provided them with the pharmacy that I use. For more than 5 weeks, I attempted to contact them to have the script filled at the correct pharmacy and was forced to leave messages, only to NEVER receive a return call. The first contact I received in regards to this situation was ONLY AFTER I sent a cancellation message to their portal. That too, went almost 3 days until a response, in a message via portal ILO a phone call - a little more than
