The setting and the front office staff at the Afton location were pleasant. However, when I consulted the providers, it became very clear that NOT all of the office staff and medical personnel are vaccinated against COVID-19. They told me that they had consulted with their lawyer and were told that they were not required to reveal if everyone in the office had been vaccinated. I find this unconscionable. Dr. Kidd seemed young and stiff, spending minimal time with me. My guess is that she didn’t feel comfortable with my inquiry about vaccinations. In this time of COVID crisis, medical offices should be the FIRST places to require their employees to be vaccinated. This group has, therefore, lost my confidence in its ability to deliver safe healthcare and aesthetic services.
