Double Billing
I had a mammogram December 2023 my insurance paid the contracted rate. I received a bill for the full amount of $713.00 now almost 2 years later! They refuse to adjust the bill.

Dont Get Scammed!
They lost my Doctors Orders. A copy arrived before my test, but they declined to submit charges to Medicare. Instead, they required $250 up front. I submitted the bill to Medicare, but the Medicare approved amount for the service was only $105. They declined to refund the $145. They did exactly the same thing to a friend.
