I went in for an autoimmune issue that 4 other doctors could not figure out. Despite dealing with it for 8 months at that point, Dr. Tiefel didn't seem interested in hearing what I had to say about my symptoms and what I thought based on my experience with it and kept shutting me down and repeating what every other doctor had told me, despite much of it not even making sense. She even laughed at one point and told me it was just "allergies." I practically had to BEG for a standard physical to be performed to see if there was something very basic wrong that could be found in my bloodwork. Before I left, she said she would get my records from my previous doctors and then follow up with me with a plan of action to run more tests (MRI, etc.) I never heard back and after a month, I sent a message to reach back out to her- she still hasn't responded and it's been over a month! If you don't know how to help, just say that! Luckily, I did my own research and my symptoms are almost gone!
