I did the immigration medical examination, after paying the money, she basically not update, I repeatedly asked her what tests and vaccinations I would need to do to pass I-693. She repeatedly left out the projects I needed to do. The last time, I checked with her by phone and emails to see if I needed to be tested for TB. Her responses all were that I just needed to get the other three vaccinations. When I finished the work she instructed me to do on the morning of Friday, July 26, and made an appointment for a medical examination, at nine in the evening she told me I still needed to be tested for tuberculosis. Because the doctor will be on leave for a month on August 1, my medical form must be submitted to the immigration authorities by August 10(that’s I told Sharon early),so I talked to Sharon about I have to change a doctor if the result of TB test can’t come back on July, the first thing Sharon said was that I needed pay the money of her job. She yelled.accused me . I can’t und.

Sharon was really unprofessional in term of follow up with my case, she called me when I had my phone in airplane mode. and never bother to send me an email for the follow up. And then when I emailed her asking if I can get the status on my medical paperwork and set a date for the appointment , she decided to send me 2 emails arguing that she did called and never heard back instead of providing the date and time of the appointment. Then she called me, first thing on the phone she complaint yet AGAIN about how she called and has left me a voice message and I’m not answering. But I’m just simply ask why didn’t she send me an email instead of calling and leave a voice message knowing that my voicemail is not set up yet. Then she continue to talk over me when I asked for a new appointment date, don’t know if she had a bad day or just simply don’t care for the patient, and even though she can speak Taiwanese, I still hope that the clinic replace her with someone more competent.
