Harada Physical Therapy

These clowns have been in receipt of my Dr.'s referral since THURSDAY of LAST WEEK. After not 'hearing' from them as of Monday I reached out and was informed that YES indeed they HAD received the referral but were 'waiting' for ME to call THEM? REALLY? Fine, HERE I AM. The woman at the desk I presume tells me they have to first 'verify' my insurance coverage BEFORE they can book an appointment. Kaiser Permanente is CONSPICUOUSLY displayed on their website as are most other major insurance providers AND I had already 'confirmed' my coverage with Kaiser directly BEFORE calling on Monday. SO it takes OVER a WEEK to pick up the phone and perform your in-house 'due diligence'? Apparently. GOD only knows HOW they've managed to survive if this is the caliber of 'service' provided their clientele. Looking ELSEWHERE for a firm with at the very LEAST a rudimentary level of Customer Service...............
