I came here to get help with my ankle after my third surgery in two years. The physical therapist I saw seemed like he really didn't care. When I was trying to explain what was going on (something complicated enough I sometimes feel like I need a power point) he interrupted me multiple times, starting with 'Oh you must have sprained your ankle pretty badly.' when that had never been the issue. He barely examined me, and not even for all the areas needing help. He only offered extremely basic exercises (not even stretches) that would have been the first result if I had googled it. Even though my prescription explicitly said I needed visits twice a week, he wanted to schedule me once every two weeks. When I asked for twice a week he said 'Well we really just want you to do the exercises at home'. I've been through enough PT that I know I need more than that. The whole experience made me ask myself why I even came.
