Unprofessional. I was lied to numerous times by a nurse and have witnesses that heard her on speaker phone. They were suppose to get my MRI and after 2 weeks I called the place I had it done and got it the same day. I drove 50 minutes to drop it off and on the way there talked to a nurse and she didn't say they were already closed for the day instead she said that's perfect just leave them at the front desk. I explained my frustrations to them and they decided they didn't want as a patient because they didn't want complaining at the clinic. The doctor even said he wouldn't see me because I had a pre op with someone at Froedert the following week which is also another lie. Do not trust this clinic or their doctors they do not care about people or their feelings. It doesn't matter what you've been through it's just the same all about the money.

I am very happy with the service I have gotten from Dr. Schinke. She's very knowledgable yet easy to talk to, not intimidating. Explained her diagnosis and provided treatment. I went home with exercises and ways to decrease pain when it flared up
