Dr Bookwalter and his staff are amazing! They made me feel at ease from start to finish and explained every step along the way. They even had my claim form for my insurance company ready to go so all I had to do was sign and mail it. If I ever need his services again, I will definitely be back!

I did not choose this doctor for my mother. He is the medical director of an assisted living facility in which my mother is staying. He prescribed anti-psychotic and anti-depression meds for off-label reasons simultaneously to her, which resulted in severe side effects such as loss of coordination....
