Dr. Bourne is on call at hospital and has refused to see my mom in hospital twice today and once yesterday. The general hospital doctor has been trying to get him to see her. I have had 2 rotator cuff surgeries and a torn meniscus repair. Dr. Carreau did all of them. He always explains what he thinks should be done. Spends time with me, not in a hurry to get to next patient. Has a wonderful bed side manner. I will continue to go back to see him when I need his help.
