Wrong choice in so many ways! Staff is horrible and a permanent revolving door. Messages do not get through to him, he doesn't schedule follow-ups, is great at sitting in the office with his computer telling you about all the possibilities, but never actually does a physical examination of whatever...

She was incredibly rude and patronizing. Wouldn’t let me finish a sentence, belittled me, accused me of being “having issues with doctors”, and refused to order the test I requested to do a health check up. I found her to be abusive and should not be entrusted to care for patients.

He is informative, patient, a good listener and gives clear answers. Plus he is super over-worked, like all of our doctors in North Kohala. He's been our family doctor for years and we're grateful to have him.

Support staff were too inept to schedule a simple blood test required prior to the appointment with Dr. Murray.

I went to the ER at NHCH in Waimea because of not being able to void urine. While the care was largely handled by nurses, she came by regularly to let me know her treatment plan and review test results with me. I highly recommend this physician who is professional and caring.
