Dr. Amstutz is an excellent doctor who took his time in examining my eyelids. He then was very thorough with his explanation of what my options were. Thirty years ago he reconstructed one of my tear ducts, and did an excellent job. I knew then that if I ever needed eyelid surgery, he was my guy....
