Great experience with Dr. Kaltwasser who was very thorough during my anual exam. Communicated very well and very clear with the answers to my questions. Observed things that I wasn’t aware of and treated them as well.

My appointment was great. She and her staff were very professional and friendly. The waiting room was first class. Sort of like visiting your best friend in her home. I have had several surgeries on my face and this one ranks number 1! Thanks to everyone involved in my procedure.Most sincerely.

It's as if the visit never occurred. No follow up, no response to my message in MyChart, did not complete the blood work order, and no notes on the visit. It felt as of teh doctor did not really care. THE worst experience I have had with a doctor thus far. I would not recommend this doctor.
