I saw Dr. Broadwell in 2012 at Scripps Hospital in CA. He was the most caring, compassionate and skilled physician I’ve ever been to. I was hard to diagnose but he stuck with me. Thank you Dr Broadwell. Sincerely, Anne

I’ve been seeing Dr. Broadwell for some time now and his PA Mandy Porter. I am very pleased with the care I receive and always recommend him to friends and family. Never rushed and very thorough.

I loved Dr Broadwell he is thorough and spends time explaining things i like his PA Mandy too but to be honest his office staff is rude and and incompetent. You call and leave messages assuming you can get through and it takes a week for someone to call back. You leave messages on their portal and no one returns the message. Getting any help re: prescriptions or questions with the office staff is not happening. I’m an office manager for a very large clinic and I’d be embarrassed if my staff treated our patients the way myself and my daughter who is also a patient there have been treated! People need someone who is kind and caring not people who don’t respond timely and when they do they are argumentative. Love the dr but the way they handle patients needs improving.

I've made it a point in life to begin leaving reviews for medical providers on any site I can find. Because quality of care continues to decline & people are relying on these reviews more & more. I LOVE Dr. Broadwell. But I'm tired of being pawned off on PA's. I'm tired of meds being pushed when I don't want them. Im tired of not even being examined by physicians who sit across the room & never touch you. How do they know disease progression of they literally never see it? Sadly, our choices are limited in this area. I loved this man's daddy. He was amazing at his job.

Dr. Aaron Broadwell is a very compassionate person. He listened to all of my questions and never made me feel like they were insignificant. The testing and therapy he has laid out sounds like a solid plan to me. My husband is a clinical pharmacist and he has been impressed with Dr. Aaron’s abilities. His professional and bedside manner are super and he is able to keep things serious when needed but always manages to keep the atmosphere light and promising for the future.

Dr. Broadwell and his staff are dismissive and condescending, impossible to communicate with, and negligent medical care. He is in the business of making money - not treating patients. You can tell by his inability to give proper attention of detail to any particular patient. Do not waste your time.

1st I loved dr broadwell. each appt got worse. 1 visit great. spent time explaining condition and meds. I was X rayed head to toe and lab work. 2nd appt was rescheduled because he went out of town. 6 wk delay. ran out of meds before 2 nd appointment. I called for refill and was told could not refill without seeing Dr. started new med this time insurance said med had to come from certain pharmacy. Delay because office never sent order. dr lectured me on not taking med. Many other issues.

Dr. Aaron Broadwell and NP Tiffany Roe both take their time with you and listen. They both try their best to help you with the proper medicine. I finally found a good doctor who can help me. We are getting the meds straight after letting my GP try for 6 years.
