Dr. Aaron Sarathy, DMD

I saw Dr. Sarathy to address jaw asymmetry. At our first appointment, I thoroughly explained my concerns, but his feedback was brief, and he said he’d study the case further for two weeks. At the follow-up, his assistant presented quotes for two very different approaches with little explanation, and I had to request to speak to the doctor, as I wasn’t even scheduled to see him. By the third appointment, I still hadn’t had a thorough discussion with the doctor, and again, I wasn’t scheduled to see him. I emailed his team to clarify the questions I still had, but it took escalation to get the most basic answers, such as what could or could not be done and what to expect.It's strange to feel like you're being a nuisance when you haven't even gotten the bare minimum, so my take is that there's just been a lack of care.Ultimately, we decided not to move forward. Disappointing experience.

I was a very scared when I arrived. I went in for removal of my 2 bottom wisdom teeth. I was seated in the chair for a few minutes, which didn't help my fears. But when Dr. Sarathy came in , his smile was lit !!!!!!!!!!!! My procedure went great. My 2 wisdom teeth came out with no problems and I was back to work the next day. No problems with the sedation, and the meds afterwards worked for great home care. He is definitely the bomb doc. My fear was immediately wiped away. Thank you and your team so much . Thumbs up to you and your team.

Excellent doctor and staff. He's knowledgeable, professional, with a great bedside manner. Dr. Sarathy called personally to followup after the surgery. We traveled 2.5 hours for the appointment and it was well worth the trip. Couldn't be more pleased. Will be going back should we need an oral surgeon again in the future.

Really great job. My tooth was cracked down to the root and you got it out quick and with little pain as possible.

Exceptional service, so accommodating to all my questions and requests. During the surgery Dr Sarathy noticed he has to do more work and add another implant. They were perfessional enough to do the work without requesting additional payements. The staff is perfect and accommodating.

Dr, Sarathy was professional; and courteous. The experience has been pleasant as it can be so far.

Very nice doctor make you feel comfortable and not so afraid

Dr. Sarathy and his staff are amazing. I recommend them for oral surgery with the highest of confidence. I especially appreciated the clear explanation of what to expect before, during and after the surgery. The entire experience from scheduling my consultation to my wisdom tooth removal and post operative care were far beyond what I had expected. Professional, courteous, and caring service is rare to find in one place but It was well worth the 2 hour drive to receive such excellent care.

Dr. Sarathy and his staff did a fantastic job with my recent visit for an old root canal issue I was having. Told me exactly what he we going to do and removed the tooth as needed. In and out in about an hour with the procedure being pretty painless for the most part. Would recommend most assuridly.

I recently had an emergency while vacationing in Mt. Pleasant SC and was referred to Dr Aaron Sarathy for an urgent CT scan. I could not have been treated any better. Not only was he professional, accommodating and nice but got my worries put to rest quickly. The staff in this office were so friendly and kind also. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sarathy.
