Very knowledgeable but no communication
My daughter is scheduled to have surgery tomorrow. She was supposed to have it a month ago, but for some reason the office never called me to schedule it. I called the office and left messages and no one returned my call. Now, for her procedure tomorrow, I still do not know where I need to go or what time to be there. I also don't know if my daughter has eating or drinking restrictions or when she will be able to return to school. When I called to ask these questions they said that hopefully someone from the office will call me today with that information.
