Lack of care
Constantly being ignored when I try to talk. Doesn't follow through with care. Mocks me. Sends me to other doctors for things she should be doing!

All staff was super friendly. Dr. Wilson is kind, friendly and remarkably thorough. She takes time to answer all questions and you do not feel rushed. Great doctor!

I've had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Wilson. She doesn't dismiss my concerns like my previous dr. did and is thorough in her exams and doesn't rush me in and out. I feel very comfortable discussing any delicate and very personal matters with her.

This was the most unprofessional office I have ever been to. I scheduled an appointment for a physical to establish a primary care giver in Traverse City. Other issues were discussed at the visit causing the office to not bill this to Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Physical. I received a bill for over $200 because the office did not bill my insurance as a Physical. I have been treated rudely and hung up on when asking them to resubmit my bill as a physical.. Very disappointed.
