Dr. Abdalla Oun, MD

Dr. Oun was the attending physician when I was admitted to the hospital for a broken hip. I thought he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my specific condition as a patient. He didn't just breeze through the room. He took time to answer all my questions and concerns. After my surgery, I immediately had my first PT session. When Dr. Oun made his rounds about an half-hour later he mentioned he was going to do some other rounds and come back to check on me after I saw the PT. I mentioned the PT was just there. He was surprised because the visit wasn't recorded in my records. That's understandable since the two visits were so close together. Dr. Oun said he would find the PT and get his report then be right back. Here is where I was surprised...Dr. Oun actually tracked down the PT for his report and immediately came back. That was important because the result was within an hour I went home. I didn't even know a discharge was a possibility.

Out of all the doctors I've seen in the past 45 years (and I've seen PLENTY), Dr. Oun is one of the BEST! He has a very good bedside manner; he takes whatever time is needed to explain your condition and what has to be done about it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I think practicing medicine takes more than just mere sympathy with patients? 14 years of diverse experience and free medical education abroad?! (was this presumable experience properly verified?).

Dr. Oun was very helpful and supportive during my father sickness , he helped us a lot in how we can handle that stressful time , spend enough time explaining and answering all of our questions . I am 38 and never met nice doctor like him .

I did not like his arrogant self-centered demeanor and his conning way of falsifying information to fit his say about patients complaint.
