Dr Beig is the most knowledgeable and caring physician I have ever had and my standards are high. He seen me many years thur all my illnesses, cancer one of them along with a transplant. Trust him 100. Yes the wait is long and the phone is busy too much but it evens out. Tell people it’s worth the wait. Not all the Time are phones busy or wait long. . It’s because he is such a good doctor with a large practice. Sharon FNP is great also knowledgeable, , caring and takes time to listen.

Customer Service
Dr. Baig is wonderful. Jenny Cabbage is wonderful. I don't know the other provider. The women at the front desk wouldn't care if you came in with your hair on fire. Communications like asking them to get a prior authorization on the medicine Dr. Baig prescribed is ATROCIOUS. Getting your lab results OMG just go up there and wait for the Doctor. Pay another $25 copay because they DO NOT answer the phone. They do not RETURN phone calls. I doubt they even check the voicemails you waste your breath leaving. Again, the providers are really great, the nurses are great BUT the 'support staff' is JUST PITIFUL.

Dr. Baig is truly exceptional!
Dr. Baig is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to the office, I feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Baig has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my complete health and wellness is his personal first priority on every visit. Not only for me but also for all that I have talked with in his waiting room to see him. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I have never been made to wait once in his office (remember you have to be on time anywhere there is an appointment.) If ever I needed to contact him or his staff, they are super speedy in responding to my inquiries. The office is inviting and staff members are friendly and helpful in every way.Truly, I would recommend Dr. Baig and any member of his medical office to anyone seeking answers to better their health and do so in a very personalized way. You are not discussed with others.

Waited over a month on my lab results, I was told the person was out sick, no one answers the phone, or it goes to a voicemail.

Took my mother here and waited 4 hours to be seen with an appointment. Dr. barely took the time to check her out. Just went with what she said.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. If I could have given zero stars I would have. My appointment was at 9am but I demanded a refund at 11:25 when I still had yet to be seen. I’ve been coming here for more than 2 years and every time the wait gets worse and worse. This was the final straw.

I have been a patient of Dr Baig's for a couple years and he has never failed to be competent and very understanding of what your present and past problems are. Will highly refer him as a warm, compassionate and friendly doctor. I drive quite a few miles to remain his patient.

Diagnosed my own illness which lab tests proved correct. Office is nothing more than a pharmaceutical companies dream come true because you will get free samples of all the newest drugs you can't afford. Also make sure you check your patient portal because your medical record will be far from accurate. Avoid going if you have a yet to be explained chronic illness or you will be told to seek professional mental help or told to go to lakeside when all you want is answers about your health.

Fantastic. He does not just treat a symptom but gets to know more about the patient to treat the person. I felt he was knowledgeable and responsible about not prescribing meds that he did not agree would be good overall.
