Nephrology
He is an amazing man, caring, compassionate, a lovely person. My husband was his patient for three years plus while experiencing kidney failure and dialysis. He always had time to chat, and to make him laugh - such good medicine. My husband eventually decided to stop dialysis and i still miss Dr. Tello!
