The Best!
What a personable and highly informative doctor! I was referred there for a consult to determine whether I had an inherited cardiac disease. From the start, he pointed to his name on his coat and suggested we call him “Abi” as opposed to pronouncing his whole last name. He was very engaged throughout the consult and explained the condition and likelihood that I may or may not have it. He had taken the time to read through my voluminous medical records in advance as I have a very longstanding and complicated medical history. He explained the tests (MRI of heart and genetic tests) that would be necessary to determine if I had it. He was not rushed and answered every question that I or my husband had. I also asked several questions about my particular cardiac issues unrelated to the purpose of this consult. If you need to see a doctor for any of the conditions he treats, you will likely leave well informed and more at ease.

Dr Jaiswal is an amazing DR. I was very grateful to have him as an addition to the already fantastic team I had. He was always there to explain things in depth to myself and family members. Speaking with him was like talking to a friend I’ve known for ages. Extremely kind, intelligent and very understanding and likes to push for success. Very wise beyond his years! Highly Recommend
Dr Abi, was wonderful and I am grateful to have been referred to him. He knew in advance all the relevant information regarding my complicated medical condition. We came up with a plan together that I believe will be helpful.He was engaging and very relatable and I never felt rushed through the exam. Absolutely feel I am in excellent care with his guidance.The support staff are attentive and pleasant and easily reached as well.

Great Doctor with very pleasant personality.
Doctor Jaiswal was pleasant and easy to work with, I actually forgot he was a doctor and felt like I was having a chat with an old friend. (An old friend that happens to be an extremely intelligent doctor) :) I left the office with a positive attitude and feeling confident I was in good hands. The doctor and his entire staff are 10 stars all the way, and I am very happy I ened up in his care.

The best!
Dr Jaiswal was/is the angel that has shepherded us through my husband's recent heart transplant at Hartford Hospital - He has the incredible ability to clearly explain very complicated concepts; he was with us every step of the way day or night- He was our main medical and psychological resource through all the complexities and confusion. His compassion is sincere and boundless- Don't know how we could get through this without him.

Visit with Dr. Jaiswal {5/16/20220}
First we checked my current condition BP{etc.} Then we went over my medications. Then I had a general talk with Dr. Jaiswal. Then Dr. Jaiswal and I went for a brisk way while talking about many things. Just after the walk we took my BP again. It was higher. We talked for a while about how I felt. Then we took my BP again. It went down like it should. Then we talked about my condition and decided that there should not be any changes in my meds. Then we agreed that my condition made progress since I left the Hospital almost 2 years and 9 months ago. At that time the visit was over and I left very happy.
