Dr. Abraham Varghese, MD

For the past three years, Dr. Varghese has been my internist, doing my annual physical exams. He’s an outstanding doctor, and his nurse is exceptional as well. His scheduling assistant is also very professional and efficient. Dr. Varghese is extraordinarily thorough and positive, the type of person who takes the time to explain everything about how he evaluates my health. He shows me what every number on my blood work results means, and he’ll do another test if warranted after our discussion. He’ll also stop and listen when I have something to tell him, then look at everything again to be sure he hasn’t missed anything.As for the practice in general, the people who draw my blood have been efficient and positive. I’ve enjoyed conversations with them. The reception people at the front desk haven’t always been as energetic in welcoming me, but that has improved after I wished them a good day or a happy holiday. You get what you give, I suppose, but it would be better if the first person
