Not only did Dr Ismail do a thorough exam, he did it with a great bedside manner. He asked about other important medical conditions that were in my chart making me feel like he cared about me as a whole person, not just an in and out diagnosis. I have always appreciated the staff and doctors here but today’s visit with Dr Ismail was extraordinary. I recommend this urgent care and the whole staff and especially Dr Ismail.

Great doctor, I was visiting my brother in Friendswood, my 2 and half years old developed a high fever over night and I took him to Herman Memorial urgent care ... Dr Ismail was able to quickly diagnose what was causing the fever. Dr Ismail was very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend him.

I was looking for a me PCP when I sent to see Dr. Ismail. He was very personable and friendly. He asked a lot of questions to get to know me and my medical history. I would recommend him to anyone.

I found Dr. Ismail because I was in search of a PCP in the Pearland area and the associates at the Memorial Hermann location closest to me were not taking new patients. His office was further away but I was assured he was more available since he was new to their system and had few patients. He wrote me a prescription for Phentermine(diet pill) and told me to call a week before it was out for a refill. I have left multiple voicemails over the last couple weeks and still not return call.
