Dr. Abu Fakhruddin, MD

Dr Fakhruddin has been a blessing in helping my mother out. We are very thankful for having an outstanding Doctor.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Fakhruddin for about 19 years, and sees him annually to check his Barrets Esophagus. He is personable and we also are treated with kindness and he informs us after every procedure how things went. He also calls my husband personally after a biopsy to give him updates. It seems as he is a friend as well as a doctor. We feel that we are in good hands under his care. We would highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fakhruddin for about 5 years. He is an excellent Physician and very interested in my problems. I highly recommend Dr. Fakhruddin as he is very through and has excellent bed side manner.

Dr. Fakhruddin was one of the best physicians I have seen. He was professional, very friendly, understanding, knowledable and explained things in detail. He came across as caring and empathetic, which is something you don't always see in a doctor these days. I am thankful I found someone that can make me feel better soon. He also gave samples before he prescribes some of my medicine which is so helpful with cost. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to any of my friends. My parents both saw him as well as a co-worker and my boss and his sister. He was highly recommended!

Dr Fakhruddin was wonderful, even though I was about a low physically than I've every been. Was very understanding and informative prior to my procedure. I appreciate his attentiveness to the details. Would recommend him to anybody.

My experience today was great! Dr Fakhruddin is an excellent doctor. He cares about his patients. He explains the procedure and always talks to me afterwards. I trust him and that’s important as a patient. I would highly recommend him. The staff for my procedure was great. The nurse talked to me while I waited to be taken back which helped with nerves. The nurses during the procedure was fantastic. Recovery nurse was also great!

Dr. Fakhruddin was very attentive and thorough in his approach to my problem. He asked good questions and put together the likely cause of my problem. I felt like he was genuinely interested in my problem and spent the necessary time to understand. Mine was a work in appointment and I didn't wait very long considering that fact.

Dr Fakhruddin is shepherding me through my struggles with Acid Reflux and GERD.. He has followed a balanced treatment approach without jumping right to the "surgery" option. it's an approach I appreciate. He also has a great sense of humor...which helps the process.

Dr. F is the best doctor I have ever had - ever! He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever had, and he maintains focus on you (not tapping away on a laptop or distracted). He is extremely patient, answers all of my questions, and is open to a more natural (less medicine) approach if that is what you prefer. You may have to wait a bit longer to see him, as he's in high demand, but it's well worth the wait. I'd refer anyone to him without hesitation and will stay his patient!!

Excellent personality. Appears to be genuinely interested in the well-being of the patient. I'm very confident in his abilities//knowledge as it relates to Gastroenterology.

I have seen Dr. Fakhruddin two times now for procedures and both times he has incorrectly coded my procedure. He was not honest in informing me what my risks were, telling me I'm high risk but then billing me as the opposite. After speaking to his nurse, the hospital, the Frist clinic, and the anesthesia group multiple times no interest or help has been offered. I would literally rather get sick than ever go to see him or visit this hospital again. They are completely incompetent.
