Initially, we had trusted Dr. Paparsenos to be able to empathetically and professionally treat and get my spouse's thyroid condition under control and maintained with a proper thyroid Rx regimen. Over the course of a few months, we saw that wasn't the case. It was more about him being the doctor (complex) and his taking aggressive titration actions that further impacted my spouse's overall health and well-being. Thyroid meds require small dose changes to find the right mg dose. Large dosing swings can quickly negatively impact a patient's health further.

I would not recommend. The front staff /check in experience is what keeps this practice together. The interactions I’ve had with Dr. Paparsenos are cold, sterile, and I feel he dismisses what I share, down to experience with a previous history of miscarriage. He disregarded the importance of T3 (RT3) and made treating my well managed hypothyroid a chore, with a small wrestle to get the medicine I know I needed each time. I moved from NYC where I was used to excellent care, and happy to have found an Endo here in Bucks that I now love. Ironically it was at a practice he had mouthed repeatedly when he and I first met. I should have ran from Bucks Thyroid and Endocrine care back then. While in my last trimester high risk/pregnancy last year, and my father also passing I missed 2 appointments. The practice terminated their care with me, their heartless lack of compassion couldn’t have been a bigger blessing.

Went to this office with ongoing thyroid problems. Thought consult was encouraging. as he mentioned several possibilities. He changed meds and said come back in two months and get blood work. Went back and felt like he wanted nothing to so with me. I could have just called.

I love Dr P and his staff. He was able to get my A1c down to 6.6 AFTER taking me off of Insulin. This was the lowest my sugars have ever been. When trying to get my insurance to cover a new medication, the girls in the office work hard to resolve the issue. Dr P is wiling to listen and try different medications till he gets it correct. Very knowledgeable.

I have been going to Dr. Paparsenos for about 5 years. He is an excellent Dr. Unlike many practitioners, he always takes the time to explain everything to you. There is never a rush to get you out of the office I.would recommend him to family, friends and acquaintances. My only complaint was the staff at the prior practice where he worked.. Many of them were nasty and rude. The new office staff are among the nicest I have ever met and consistent with Dr. Paparsenos's personality.

I was seeing Dr. Pap for about 6 years and now he opened his own practice. He gave me the information to his new practice and told me to contact them for my next appointment. I just went to schedule my appt and his office person was clueless! She eventually told me they dont accept my insurance. So now it going to take me months to get an appointment with someone else. I wish he would have told me this the last time I saw him because now it will probably be over a year between my last appt.
