My brother had her as a Primary Care MD for many years and was never able to see her and was always refer to her NP. He was told he had back pain for over a year . He was finally DX with Stage 4 renal cancer with Mets to the bone. He lived 4 months after DX. As he laid dying he saw a commercial on Dr Marin and he said "Oh is that my PCM I've never seen" If they had just did a simple ultra sound when he started complaining of back pain they would have seen the massive tumor on his kidney . Sad
