Fantastic doctor
I found the doctor to be fantastic. He was with me for a full hour, looking at previous exam results, explaining things in simple words, and answering all my questions. I felt that he was very honest about whether he is the right doctor for me, about one needing a surgery or not, and about referring me to other good doctors. Although I didn't know him, I felt like I can trust his medical opinion.

Waste of time
Let me say everyone in the office both front desk and nurse Bonnie were terrific . But when it comes to Dr Adam brown that’s another story. I went to him to do a Cortizone shot for my bulging disk in neck but he wanted to do the lidocaine trigger point shot and it did not work. I did physical therapy hoping he would do the cortizone shot because my aunt and mom had it which helped them . He set me up for a consultation for the cortizone shot which I had to wait two months for. To then go to the appointment and then he tells me he doesn’t do it I’d have to go to someone else. Caint call ur self a pain management Dr if you can’t even do a cortizone shot. Total waste of my time would have been better staying home and just dealing with the pain. Swear some of these specialists are just in it for the money. Not for patient care.

Skilled personable physician
Dr. Brown has treated me for back pain on two occasions (different problems). Both were positive experiences, from a very short wait time, friendly staff, nearly painless steroid injections, and confidence in Dr. Brown.

Acts like he’s listening but really only plans to refer you to his friend for PT. Then when that doesn’t work he makes rude remarks that perhaps “it’s because your core is flabby” and says walking isn’t exercise. Truly worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. No compassion. Didn’t even bother to try and understand my pain.

Made my appointment then got several phone calls to reschedule was not happy @ all then when I showed up on time they told me I had to be there a 1/2 hr early witch I wasn’t told then they couldn’t see me & couldn’t believe the way I was being treated by the staff I ended up telling Dr. Brown I am not comfortable and will never be back & will bring my service to Boston where they treat me like a person.

I have lower back pain after man verse car, I lost. I met with Dr. Brown who reviewed my MRI and doctor notes. He told me what he saw in the reports and told me what we could do to help me. Dr. Brown's crew is AWSOME! Everyone seems genuinely concerned. AND wants to help. I would and have recommended people. Very professional team!
