I like that I can send confidential messages to the doctor through the telemedicine programs. I really like telemedicine in general. I have had an excellent experience overall and strongly recommend D. B!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Butera?
Dr. Butera is a competent provider. He's friendly and listens. He doesn't push medications, but suggests them (if needed) and will explain why. He is good about picking up small cues in our chit-chat and finding out what's really underneath. He is BUSY. Appointments are difficult to book and he often runs late. Staff is friendly.

Dr. Butera was a life line for my daughter who had been misdiagnosed. After getting the correct medications on board, she's amazingly better than when I brought her to him. He's compassionate and gently injects reason, creating better, lasting personal insight. He's been the only male doctor my daughter has felt comfortable talking to - which says something very positive about his kind personality and openness. If you're honest, open and motivated, he can help you!

He's been very caring and really seems to be genuinely interested in what I have to say. I see him for anxiety disorder and PTSD both of which I've had since the age of 10 and I'm going on 35 now. He doesn't put word's in my mouth, instead he trys to help me figure out what word's I'm looking for as I'm pretty antisocial and get nervous talking to ppl whom I really don't know. He makes me feel comfortable every time.

Dr Butera has been treating me and several of my friends for years. We all are recovering alcoholics who were once hopeless. I am dual dx. Bipolar as well as alcoholic and have always found a compassionate ear as well as willingness to incorporate my insight into my medications and treatment plans. God bless you and your staff.
