He clearly did not want to hear my explanation of what happened by the look on his face and brought me to him in the first place. I explained the pain I was having, and he said Well if it goes to another area we have a spine doctor and if it goes into your knee we have a knee doctor. Gave no suggestions even though I have been going to the gym about what to do or not to do. Had a look like I was bothering him the whole visit. Then just said try this PT and then after explained for what he thought I had says, if that doesn't work just come back. For what? no other options per him and I am truly not confident by just an x-ray and the fastest exam in history. Will be getting another opinion for sure!

Rothman Orthopedics is a top notch place. It was an easy check in with a great receptionist taking my information. After waiting 5 minutes, the medical technician took me back to the X-ray machine. After finishing the X-rays, a nurse took me back to see Dr. Chrusch. He was great. He explained the X-rays and then examined my leg and explained my injury. He told me the treatment I needed and gave me exercises to do along with PT. I would highly recommend Dr. Chrusch.

The doctor interpreted the MRI results at my appointment although the radiologist report did not come back. His reading of the MRI was very different from the radiology report and I was sent home with no care needed. Needless to say I need to see a surgeon. I do not have confidence in this doctor and it also seemed as my injuries were not important and that I was a bother to his day.

He always asks if I have any questions and explains everything clearly..

Very nice guy, helpful and answered my questions patiently. Did not feel rushed at all. Although a very busy place, Rothman in general is very efficient and should teach other medical offices how it’s done! Very positive experience, and a pleasure to meet Dr. Chrusch.

Every step of the appointment was friendly, polite, professional, and quick. Dr. Chrusch explained clearly what the problem was and what the options were. He answered all my questions and never appeared to be in a hurry to get me out of there. We agreed on a plan, he did what he needed to do, no more questions, and I was out of there. I appreciate how coordinated and quick everything was. If asked what could be improved, I really couldn’t think of anything.

Surprising to see any good reviews, honestly. Chrusch was not only unprofessional and unwilling to respond to questions, he literially openly said 'Jesus Christ' in response to a question asked related to my 17 year old son's shoulder injury. At that point, we abruptly left the appointment. It should be noted he was 40 minutes late to our appointment. If you take an interest in your or your family's health, by asking questions, be prepared to be verbally assaulted and marginalized. Dr Chrusch is very amiable & effective. Good “bedside”manner. Explains things in an understandable way. I got my painless injection yesterday & feel great. My range of motion is back to baseline. He has a repeat customer in me!
