Dr. Adam Cohen, MD

He has lied multiple times and I believe he is a terrible communicator, a greedy, dishonest person, and a incompetent eye doctor. He has destroyed my eyes and worst permanently damaged my perfect vision. I found Dr. Cohen while looking for specifically a UPPER EYELID FILLER INJECTION doctor. Online search + his office confirmed he DOES perform that procedure. During consultation, he lied that he DOES NOT do that procedure. But then offer to do that procedure for the 3rd procedure. Confronted him about the lie and he kept changing his word from yes to no again. He repeatedly pushed Muellerectomy procedure and upper eyelid fat repositioning/grafting multiple times. Of course $6600 for those procedures is more lucrative than $700 for fillers. I fell victim to his greed and lies. Asked for half of my money back, He rejected it. I hope no one else ever becomes a victim to this greedy liar.

I found him to be Very competent, kind, and helpful. I had a long complicated history which he knew little about and he had to make numerous decision very quickly. He took immediate steps to try and uncover what was causing the loss of my peripheral vision and did everything possible to ensure my well being in the process. I Would highly recommend him.

I can only give one star is because of the service. Although I had an appointment with Dr Cohen, I was made to wait over an hour which I think is a scheduling error on someone’s part. I also had to deal with insurance for hours on the phone for months after my appointment, and realized the issue was that the nurse who took down my insurance had butchered my name so my insurance and name didn’t match. When I called to complain, I didn’t even get an apology, I was told that “human errors happen”

Aggie is a true professional! She knows skin care and what works for each individual skintone and texture. After my laser treatment, my sun spots were gone and my skin looks absolutely flawless. And, she is a master at microblading eyebrows. I highly recommend this practice and Aggie for all your aesthetic needs.

Dr. Cohen is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. His staff members treat their patients with compassion. My eye disease has taken a bad turn. Dr. Cohen and his staff have worked tirelessly to care for my eyes and worked with the insurance company to make sure I was covered. Thank you so much.

Dr. Cohen participated with a neurosurgeon on a very complicated brain and eye surgery for me about 4 years ago. The neurosurgeon from Evanston Hospital trusted him implicitly and so I did also. The surgery was a success and I have continued to see Dr. Cohen. He recently did an eyelid cosmetic surgery and I trusted him to do that also. Very pleased and I would recommend him highly.
